The MeDeCon World Congress 2023, an international CME organized by AKMG Emirates, took place on 12th May 2023 at the prestigious Conrad Dubai. This remarkable event, held in conjunction with AKMG Emirates Vicennial Celebration-Eishreen 2023, unfolded under the hosting of Region 4. With an impressive lineup of 22 speakers and a condensed schedule of 9 hours, this unique CME activated attendees with its diversity and depth of insights.

Eleven eminent speakers from across the globe, along with eleven distinguished speakers from the UAE, delivered captivating talks that made the event both informative and engaging.

A total of  22 companies extended their support to the MeDeConWorld Congress, contributing to its resounding Impact, With a diverse attendance of 276 doctors from various specialties, including over 20 delegates from the USA, Canada, and the UK, the scientific sessions received high praise for their exceptional content and quality

The seamless organization of the event was made possible by the collective efforts of a talented team. Dr. Sunny Kurian, Past President and Chairman of MeDeCon International Events along with Mr. Sanan Kannamprayil orchestrated the venue and stall arrangements, while Dr. Nasrin Sirajudeen and Dr. Reena Begum efficiently managed registrations and the front desk. Dr. Unni Nair took charge of DTCM and accreditation, and the scientific sessions, carefully curated and coordinated, bore the mark of excellence under the leadership of Dr. Rakesh Sankar

Behind the scenes, the IT and MCs team, consisting of Dr. Abdul Sathar, Dr. Naeem Moideen, Dr. Muneeba siddeeque Ali, and Dr. Archana Unni Nair, worked tirelessly to create flawless PowerPoint presentations and maintain the event's schedule. Dr. Hans Mohammed Hanif and Dr. Feroz Gaffoor expertly fulfilled their roles as Timekeepers, while mementos were presented to speakers and sponsors as a token of appreciation.
