Al Ain...
We in Region 3 are a close knit group of enthusiastic members. We had various activities and cultural events before the pandemic struck.Kalikkalam organised in 2019 by Region 3 was another feather in our cap.
2020 started off with a big bang with our New Year's Bash with the maximum turnout from our AKMG friends and family.We had a variety of programmes which included skits,dances and songs.It reflected the hard work and commitment by our dear members.This was the last get together we had before the pandemic struck.
Due to the pandemic we were not able to do much activities,nevertheless we managed to do some social work and support in which our doctors gave telephonic support in the form of counselling.We also contributed tickets to the Vandhe Mathram scheme.Towards the end of the year we participated in the SPB musical night where our members showcased their skills.
In 2021 we joined hands with other akmg regions and contributed to the alpha palliative care.
The last major event was in June when we had the installation of the new office bearers of our region.Due to the strict restrictions here we had this on the zoom platform.We also participated in the short film video contest in July.
